Wow, I totally didn't get that until I read your comment. Quite twisted, actually. Don't they see enough of those already without putting them on the wall?
I'm no gyno but I diagnose the first picture as having some mysterious crotch rot that's turning it brown.
My mom's OBGYN when she was pregnant with my 24 year old brother....she was a lesbian who lived on a street called Beaver Creek.Something about that always amused me.
