Is it true that entire cities shut down when it snows in the south? Or is that just urban legend?
Sorry Sheryl! The 75 degree weather is back, so I am guessing that means still cold and sucky in MI?
Omar - that is no myth! Houston is the worse. Heck, the streets slow down to a snail's pace in the rain. We don't even go to work if there is ice or snow.
