I have my first major complaint since being back in the Corporate world. There is some inconsiderate nincompoop sitting in a cube far, far away, that insists on popping their gum at random times during the day. WTF, coworker? Surely you know how annoying that is. Surely you realize we can ALL hear you. Surely you are pissing off the people who sit within the vicinity of your cube, not just me, the person way down the hall. (And WTF, gum snapper's neighbors? Grow some cahones and say something, please!)

Yes but I will refrain from talking about it for fear of ending up like Dooce! Oh wait... maybe I should talk about it. It worked out pretty well for her.
1. Nail clippers. I've gone on witch hunts or simply decided I had to be somewhere else until they were done.
2. Snorters. You know, the ones that have sinus problems or just need to find a tissue already.
3. Music. Either I hate the song or it is so low I can't figure out what it is.
4. Co-workers. Just in general.

We have students helping out this summer and just today this one girlie kept heating up something the made the whole office smell funky.
Also? There should be a law against heating up fish in the company microwave.
Man... I could go on and on...

OMG - Yes, to the nail clippers. I have to listen to it EVERY Monday morning (and I know exactly who it is). Come on - do that at home, please!
I will also second the fish thing - fish and cabbage, both should be banned from workplace microwaves.
Finally, I will add use of speaker phones without closing doors, especailly when on a conference call. SHUT UP already.

I'm with y'all on the fish in the microwave too! We had a health nut in the office that heated up fish ALL the time... it was disgusting. Finally I took it upon myself to tell him to knock it off... he left the company a couple months later! HA! Seriously!

And lastly... people that hang out in the bathroom to gossip! Come on people get the fuck out... I prefer pooping in private!!

Annoying office behaviour? Yes, people talking endlessly about bands that produce music that is complete shit. And how great they are. If only they were on tour. I bet they really play live in the video.

My biggest pet peeve are those folks walking around the office with a freakin' phone clipped to their ear. So you say, "Good morning! How was the weekend?" and they say, "...so I just told her no way was I going to do that..."
Twice this week alone I have held the door for some loser in the garage gabbing on their phone, and never got a thanks, an acknowledgement, a wave... nothing. Losers.
Gum snapper flappers are my biggest pet peeve!
The epidemic is spreading beyond gender borders too. The men at my church are starting in on the crackiness like their wives. It makes church even more unbearable for me to sit through.
